How many times have fans asked you when you’ll be in such-in-such town or why you never come to their city? We know it’s not feasible for some readers to come into town for your events, so here’s another way to connect and get an all-expenses-paid vacation at the same time!

Cruise Example: Eastern Caribbean
Pre-Cruise
Arrive in Cape Canaveral, Florida, the day before you sail.
Day 1
Spend the day in Cape Canaveral until boarding. You’ll meet your fellow travelers at a private cocktail party before going to dinner. After dinner the ship is yours to explore! Make sure to map out the activities you want to participate in while onboard.
Day 2 CocoCay, Bahamas
Explore CocoCay, either with a traveling companion or your group. While you’re on the island, snorkel the beautiful coral reefs, where you’ll glimpse colorful tropical fish and sunken wrecks. If that’s not your speed, spend the day relaxing in a hammock on the beach and enjoy our island-style seaside barbecue.
Wear your party clothes to dinner as we’re going to get our swerve on at The Crypt.
Day 3 Day at Sea
Chat with your readers over breakfast; then host an informal Q&A session and book signing.
Enjoy time on the ship this afternoon. Maybe you want to relax and catch some rays by the pool. Or maybe you feel like shopping on the promenade. If relaxing and getting spoiled is on your to do list, get primped and pampered in the Freedom Day Spa. If you want something more challenging, check out Studio B for some ice skating!
Day 4 Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
Get ready to explore St. Thomas! Feeling adventurous? Enjoy a ferry to Virgin Island National Park on St. John and hike a hillside trail with tropical views. Or travel 700 feet above the sea via skyride to Paradise Point and see the most fantastic vistas in the Caribbean. As always, you have the choice to do this with a traveling companion or with your group.
All guests rejoin for dinner where we can gush about all the treasures we found on the island!
Day 5 Philipsburg, St. Maarten
Once on the island, admire the delicate nature and dazzling colors of hundreds of butterflies as you tour St. Maarten’s popular Butterfly Farm. If you’re looking for something a bit more physical, tour the saltwater lagoons by kayak, where you’ll discover egrets, plovers, heron and pelicans. Or, you can opt to enjoy the island’s history by bicycle.
Day 6 Day at Sea
Today is yours to enjoy onboard. We’ll still meet for dinner, but don’t eat too much…tonight we have our pajama party! Your group will watch your favorite movie. We celebrate being with the girls with popcorn and the works.
Day 7 Day at Sea
Today’s the day to try the things you haven’t done yet onboard. You have the morning to yourself.
We’ll meet a little after lunch for The Author Game Show: trivia, games, and activities, with prizes galore!
After dinner tonight, hit the theatre for a Broadway-style show.
Day 8 Cape Canaveral, Florida
Hope you got some sleep last night. We disembark early…6 a.m. Your dream getaway may be at its end, but you’ll treasure the memories for years to come.
